# ITP Metrics

> ITP Metrics is a teamwork and peer-assessment platform from ITP Lab. It hosts
> validated assessments for individuals, teams, and classrooms — measuring
> teamwork competencies, team health, personality, conflict-management style,
> and leadership behavior — and generates personalized reports for both
> participants and administrators.

ITP Metrics is a single-page React application. Most functionality (creating
surveys, completing assessments, viewing reports, managing organizations) is
behind authentication. The pages and assessments below describe the publicly
discoverable product surface.

- [Team PLAYER Facets](https://www.itpmetrics.com/): Extended Team PLAYER assessment. Administrators receive more detailed insights while team members receive a personalized report covering strongest and developing competencies plus suggested improvement behaviors.
- [Leading Entrepreneurial Teams](https://www.itpmetrics.com/): Designed to help individuals become stronger entrepreneurial team members. After all team members complete the peer-feedback assessment, a report ranks each member's strongest to developing competencies with suggested improvement behaviors.
- [Peer Feedback (Legacy)](https://www.itpmetrics.com/): Legacy peer-feedback assessment retained for students who originally took it on the previous www.itpmetrics.com site. Generates a ranked report of strongest to developing teamwork competencies with suggested improvement behaviors.
- [Team Dynamics (Team CARE)](https://www.itpmetrics.com/): Based on the Team CARE model developed by ITP Lab as a prescription for healthy teamwork. The assessment evaluates team health and produces a report to direct future actions toward improving teamwork.
